Our very own bees make this delicious honey. We don't process it — it goes straight from the comb through a filter to get out the larger chunks of beeswax then into the bottle. Our hives are located in downtown Derry, N.H., and are uniquely situated to get all the benefits of suburban and farmland pollination.
